Apple Mac Studio
M1 Ultra, 64 GB, 1000 GBProduct details
The Mac Studio is a fully Mac desktop computer. It packs incredible performance, loads of connectivity and possibilities into an impressively compact form factor. So you've got everything you need and can turn any room into a studio. It all starts with your choice between the super-fast M1 Max and the M1 Ultra - the most powerful chip ever in a personal computer.
The incredible power and efficiency of Apple chips have allowed them to redefine the high-performance desktop computer. The inspiration for the Mac Studio design was simple: to give the power of the M1 Max or M1 Ultra - and your creativity - full rein. And in the smallest possible space. It fits perfectly under most displays, right on your desk. So you can easily take advantage of its incredible power and connectivity.
Inside the 19.7cm Mac Studio enclosure, a revolutionary thermal management system ensures that the M1 Max or M1 Ultra can handle demanding workloads extremely quickly - and quietly.
Mac Studio has 12 easy-access, high-performance ports on the front and back so you can set up your perfect studio. The front lets you connect - and disconnect - your camera, external hard drives and other devices with ease. To keep everything in view, you can connect up to four Pro Display XDRs and a 4K TV. There's also a headphone jack with advanced support for high impedance headphones, so you can also connect active speakers.

Reviews & Ratings

- More power than most will ever need, sufficient connections, compact design
- Only very conditionally expandable
If you can live with the (few) limitations of the Mac Studio, it's the perfect computer.

- Connections
- Tempo
- Design
- Scalability
- almost inaudible
The only mistake you can make when buying the Mac Studio is to buy it at all - although perhaps a MacBook Pro or Mac mini would have been a better choice. But within this range, you feel like you're in a candy shop with the most beautiful treats, all of which you'd love to take home. So out with the credit card: after all, you only live once.
Ouch, it's expensive: with the M1 Ultra, the Mac Studio costs at least 4600 euros. But for that you get a very quiet, well-equipped mini PC with incredible speed when zooming and working. This is how the Mac Studio shoots to first place in the best list of Macs - no Mac has ever been faster.
