Product details
With a KVM switch, users can conveniently control and manage multiple devices, such as PCs and servers, using a single keyboard, mouse, and display console.
The DisplayPort 1.2 USB 2.0 KVM switch is designed for use with PCs and Macs. It features DisplayPort video connections and a USB 2.0 hub with two ports for connecting and sharing peripherals. With audio support, speakers or headsets can also be connected.
The switch occupies only one rack unit in a 19" rack. It supports screen resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD at 60Hz, making it ideal for graphic content in gaming setups, video editing, or managing multiple workstations. The device offers two simple switching modes, via keyboard hotkeys and buttons on the front.
A local console can be connected to the two USB ports and the DP port on the back. The built-in 2-port USB 2.0 hub allows for sharing peripherals between connected computers, saving costs on additional devices. Thanks to the unique separate switching option, the USB hub can be switched independently of the PCs, enabling users to print, scan, or access external drives without interruption. These optional features can be accessed via keyboard hotkeys.
LEDs indicate the status of the currently selected channel.
Please note: Connection cables are not included. DisplayPort, USB-A/B, and 3.5mm audio cables are required for each connected computer. The maximum supported distance for USB using standard cables is 5m. For distances over 5m, please use a Lindy USB active extension cable.
MST hubs are not supported.
