The Samyang 50 mm F1.4 is a fixed focal length, which comes closest to the natural vision of humans due to its angle of view. A fifties belongs to every equipment like the camera itself and is ideal for still life or detail shots and especially portraits. Due to the enormous light intensity of 1:1.4 the object to be photographed can be wonderfully exposed. 8 slats allow an almost round opening, which makes for a butter-soft bokeh. Of course this light giant is able to produce great photos even under less ideal lighting conditions.

In the housing of the Samyang 50 F1,4 9 lenses in 6 groups were installed. The high-quality multi-coating provides balanced colours and allows more light to reach the sensor. An aspherically ground lens minimizes aberrations, which means that colors and contrasts are not distorted and are better displayed. This fixed focal length was built as an internally focusing lens. The focusing and adjustment of the aperture is done manually, as usual with Samyang.
