Xiaomi has recognized the signs of the times and launched Black Shark, a gaming smartphone that leaves nothing to be desired in terms of performance. What's more, the 6-inch smartphone is equipped with practical features that make the gaming experience even better. As with its other smartphones, the Chinese manufacturer is perfect when it comes to processing, despite the low price. The all-round successful gaming device with high performance potential is of course also ideally equipped for the usual everyday applications.

On the other hand, the Chinese manufacturer is showing its generous side when it comes to the material. While the frame is made of high-quality and light aluminium, the back has been given a plastic cover. Thanks to the plastic, the smartphone fits particularly well in the hand and promises far more grip than aluminium. Even in action-packed games, the device remains safe in the hand. At second glance, the additional key stands out in the Black Shark. At the touch of a button, a clear menu can be displayed showing the games installed on the device.

Especially friends of high-resolution 3D games will be happy about the 5.99 inch display. The IPS panel offers a pin-sharp image from almost all angles. Up to 2160 x 1080 pixels can be resolved with the screen. Xiaomi uses the Snapdragon 845, a more than powerful heart, so that even the latest high-end games can be enjoyed without jolting. The Octa-Core CPU clocks up to 2.8 GHz and is supported by 8 GB RAM. Even future generations of gaming will not be a problem for the Black Shark.

Apart from the performance, the Chinese manufacturer also did not want to save on the marginal factors. A full 128 GB ROM is waiting to be recorded with games, photos, videos or other software. The current Android version 8.0 Oreo is used as operating system. Despite the strong components and the extensive additional equipment, the gaming smartphone remains pleasantly light. The hardware monster weighs only 190 grams.
