Question about Portable T7 Titan Grey - 383071

Beware this promotion from Samsung for the purchase of this product is a complete waste of time. I bought 2 products and signed up the same evening as the delivery. This morning mail from Samsung with the refusal of my registration for the cash back. I'm very close to returning the products for a refund.
