He has been gaining experience in the nutrition with plants from the wild throughout Central Europe for many years and offers guided hikes, nature tours, lectures and seminars on the subject of edible wild plants. Jürgen Guthmann, graduate engineer for technical chemistry, Georg-Simon-Ohm University of Applied Sciences Nuremberg. Laboratory manager for food chemistry at the Weihenstephan University of Applied Sciences and lecturer. Long-term occupation with nutrition and health issues, specialising in medicinal plants and fungi.
