Stability® ensures the rapid and secure establishment of the biofilter in freshwater and saltwater systems, thereby preventing the most common cause of fish death: New Tank Syndrome. Stability® has been specifically developed for aquariums and contains a synergistic blend of aerobic, anaerobic, and facultative bacteria that facilitate the breakdown of organic waste, ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate. The bacteria used in Stability® are non-sulfate-reducing and do not produce toxic hydrogen sulfide. Stability® is completely harmless to all aquatic organisms and water plants, eliminating the risk of excessive application.
