The yogiblock® supersize hard foam block is an ultra-light tool for yoga practice. Larger than the yogiblock big, it was developed with light weight, dimensional stability and maximum hardness and robustness in mind.
You can use the yogablock, for example, to support your hands in standing poses such as Trikonasana, or as a support for your hands in the Peacock pose (Mayurasana), or to support your hips in the Bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), to name just a few examples.
By the way, its lightness pays off especially when transporting it or travelling.
