The Opinel No. 08 Sampo model, limited to just 6,750 pieces worldwide, features a handle made of attractive Finnish birch. The highly polished blade is made from stainless Sandvik steel 12C27M. The Virobloc ring, known from Opinel knives, secures the blade in both the closed and open positions in this model as well.
