Amigo Saboteur

The basic rules of Saboteur also apply to the Saboteur 2 expansion: Each player receives a character card hidden at the beginning: The dwarves must try to dig a path to the gold treasure, the saboteurs try to stop them. The turn is either to place a route card in the middle of the table and continue a stollen, or to play an action card to help or stop yourself or other players. Saboteur 2 contains new maps of paths, actions and characters: Dwarves now fight in two teams against each other, besides a boss, profiteers and geologists are new in the game. While the boss wins gold every time the dwarves win, the profiteer also gets a piece of the gold treasure if the saboteurs win. The geologists don't care about the whole treasure - they want to find as many crystals as possible in the tunnel. Of course, saboteurs are also up to their nastiness again. The new route maps show bridges, crystals, ladders and coloured doors that can only be used by the right team. New action cards such as "hand card exchange", "inspection", "theft" or "cap exchange" bring additional tension to the tunnels. A round ends when the gold treasure and the starting card are connected, or when no player can play a card. After that, gold pieces are distributed to all players and a new round is started. Whoever has the most gold after three rounds wins.
