It enhances contrast and adds depth to the image; for example, the sky becomes a vibrant blue, clouds appear vividly white, and colors are clearer and more intense. Depending on the position of the filter, contrast and depth vary, and non-metallic reflections (water, plastic, glass, etc.) are eliminated.
