The unique blend of oils in this hybrid formula provides the shine and comfort of a gloss, while smoothing polymers give the lasting, moisturizing color of a lipstick. A special concave applicator conforms to the contours of the mouth and dispenses the perfect amount of color. It can be applied alone or on top of other lip products. This fluid has high coverage, gives intense color with a vibrant vinyl finish and is available in 12 shades. Dermatologically tested.
