I take my gym with me wherever I go. It’s red and made of Latex. The TheraBand turns your office into a fitness centre in no time.
TheraBands are elastic fitness bands you pull on, thereby generating resistance. They are available in different strengths, i.e. resistance levels, which all have a different colour.
What’s a TheraBand for?
A TheraBand helps you train your strength, flexibility, balance and coordination – often all at the same time. It’s a cheap, light and manageable little fitness device that will give you an efficient and diverse full-body workout. All you need for the exercises are the TheraBand and your own weight and – if needed – a fitness mat.
Exercising with the TheraBand
In the following video, fitness YouTuber Anne will show you how to do a whole row of cool exercises. They include deadlifts, rows or crunches that will help you train different parts of your body. She uses two different strengths of TheraBands.
The next generation: TheraBand CLX
CLX bands by TheraBand have taken the classic models to the next level. The bands are made up of consecutive loops that make workouts even more versatile, simple and effective. The CLX has various grip loops that enable exercises with open or closed hands as well as holding objects under resistance.
