And only AppleCare products give you one-stop service and support from Apple experts, so most issues can be resolved in a single call.

With AppleCare+ your Apple product’s protected against an unlimited number of accidental damages. You can make warranty claims directly with Apple even after the one-year Apple warranty. You also get priority support from Apple online and in all Apple Stores worldwide throughout the entire AppleCare+ insurance term.

The advantages of AppleCare products are separate from and additional to the rights granted by consumer protection laws. Further information on Swiss consumer law is available here (in German).

  • Register with AppleCare+:
    If your product qualifies for AppleCare+, simply add AppleCare+ before purchasing. We’ll register your product with AppleCare+ for you by forwarding your product’s serial number and/or IMEI to Apple. You’ll receive all further documents from Apple. Should there be any issues, you’ll automatically receive an e-mail with the next steps. You also always have the option to purchase AppleCare+ straight from Apple  for up to 60 days after receiving your product. Once we’ve shipped your Apple product, you can no longer add AppleCare+ through us.
  • Registering a claim
    This is where you can check your AppleCare+ coverage at any time and report a claim.
    On-site registration at all Apple Stores worldwide or at an Apple-authorised service provider.
