The fitness brand Omnana claims to attach great importance to the use of skin-friendly materials and ergonomic designs. The brand's products are now available in our shop. In this article, I will introduce you to four different product ranges: from fitness bands and additional weights to meditation cushions and non-slip yoga mats.
The additional weights "Herostrap"
The "Herostrap" additional weights are available in several colours and two different weight classes: 0.5 kilograms or one kilogram per cuff. They are made of skin-friendly silicone and offer an ergonomic fit. These weight cuffs can be worn on the wrists and ankles and are suitable for various activities such as yoga, Pilates and aerobics. The even weight distribution and secure fastening are designed to provide stability during exercise.
The "Hipstar" fitness bands
A set of "Hipstar" fitness bands consists of three bands with resistance levels of light, medium and heavy. You can choose between four different colours: Mythos Black, Creamy Pistacchio, Miracle Vanilla and Smoky Biscuit. They are made from a mixture of cotton and natural rubber. The material is said to be skin-friendly and non-slip. These bands are suitable for exercises such as squats, hip thrusts and leg lifts and are suitable for both beginners and advanced users.
The meditation cushions "Cushy"
The meditation cushions from the "Cushy" product range are made of bouclé fabric. This is a textile that is characterised by its characteristic, nubby texture, which is created through the use of yarn loops. This collection includes yoga bolsters, yoga rolls and seat cushions.
A yoga bolster is an elongated, rectangular cushion that is mainly used for support during various yoga poses. It provides a stable base for the back, legs or neck and helps to relieve pressure on the spine and facilitate breathing. The yoga bolster is particularly useful for stretching exercises and relaxation poses, as it keeps the body in a comfortable position and relieves pressure on the muscles.
The yoga bolster, also known as the round bolster, has a cylindrical shape and is used in a similar way to the rectangular bolster. It is particularly suitable for exercises where the body needs to be supported in an elongated position, such as heart opening or backbends. The round shape of the yoga bolster provides gentle support and helps to keep the spine in a natural curve.
The sitting cushion, often referred to as a meditation cushion, is specially designed for longer sitting meditations. It lifts the pelvis slightly and supports an upright sitting posture, which relieves pressure on the spine and enables deeper breathing. Seat cushions are available in different shapes, including round and crescent-shaped versions. The round shape provides even support, while the crescent shape offers additional support for the thighs and lower back.
All products in the "Cushy" collection are available in five different colours: Milky Marshmallow, Creamy Pistachio, Miracle Vanilla, Mythos Black and Smoky Biscuit. The seat cushions are also available in different sizes.
The yoga mats "SoGrip" and "Glue"
According to the manufacturer, the "SoGrip" yoga mat is particularly grippy. It is made from a specially developed material that is designed to absorb moisture well. The fabric is designed to quickly wick moisture to the outside, preventing slipping and instability during your exercises. The mat measures 190 x 70 centimetres and is four millimetres thick. This padding is designed to provide cushioning that is easy on the joints and reduces pressure on the knees and joints. The mat weighs three kilograms and is supplied in a dust bag.
According to the manufacturer, the "Glue" yoga mat is designed for demanding yoga exercises. It is also made from a specially produced material. It is said to offer maximum grip and hygienic properties. Wow, cool. One mat offers maximum grip, the other mat has the best grip of all. Unfortunately, I can't explain the difference between these statements. I don't understand it myself. The mat also measures 190 x 70 centimetres and is four millimetres thick. However, it is slightly lighter at 1.9 kilograms.
