Samsung Knox: Security and management for Samsung devices
Samsung Knox provides an integrated security architecture and MDM solutions specifically for Samsung devices. It includes functions such as Knox Platform for Enterprise, Knox Configure and Knox Manage, which enable secure and efficient management of your Samsung device fleet.
Registration and device assignment
- If your organisation does not yet have a Samsung Knox account, you can create one using the following link. You can find general information about the programme on the manufacturer's website here.
- Simply email us the order number to offers@galaxus.eu together with your Knox customer ID, if we don't already have it. We will then allocate the order to your account accordingly. With the first assignment, you will receive the reseller ID from us to enter in your Knox account.

Apple Business Manager: Seamless integration for Apple devices
Apple Business Manager simplifies the deployment and management of Apple devices in organisations and educational institutions. The platform enables automatic device provisioning and the management of app and book licences.
Enrolment and device assignment
- Register with Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager and set up your account. To manage Apple devices purchased from us, you will need a Reseller ID from us and an Organisation ID from you.
- In order for devices purchased from us to be managed in Apple Business Manager / Apple School Manager, a transparent supply chain is required. Each participant, including the end customer, retailer, distributor and Apple, requires a reseller or organisation ID. Galaxus may have to procure Apple products abroad from distributors who do not participate in the programme and do not have their own reseller ID. Please contact us in advance at offers@galaxus.eu so that we can send you our reseller ID and receive your organisation ID.
Note: Since iOS 11, iPhone and iPad (including iPadOS) can be retroactively assigned to Apple Business Manager / Apple School Manager. Further information can be found here: Guide to device assignment.
