The Salus special formulation of the Neuro Balance Ashwagandha capsules contains Ashwagandha root extract as well as extracts from passionflower, lavender, and lemon balm. The root of Ashwagandha, also known as winter cherry, sleep berry, or Indian ginseng, has been used in India for thousands of years.
