The Ben Nevis from the manufacturer Alpenföhn knows how to impress on the one hand with its fantastic price-performance ratio, but on the other hand also in terms of performance and volume. The three 6
mm thick copper heatpipes are pressed directly onto the CPU and thus absorb the heat directly from the processor and then pass it on to the countless aluminium fins without any detours. This process ensures very good cooling with conventional heat-conducting paste. The already installed 120 mm fan, which also supports PWM, provides a strong air flow of 95.14 m³/h through the fine aluminium fins for a fast and efficient dissipation of heat. Despite its very good cooling capacity of 140 Watts TDP, the fan is surprisingly quiet and operates at a maximum of 20.2 dB (A) when rotating at the highest speed of 1,600 rpm.
