The AMD Ryzen 5 2600 6-core processor belongs to the second generation of microprocessors based on the "Zen" architecture. With the "Zen+" processors of the Ryzen 2000 series, AMD continues the success
of the first generation of "Zen" microarchitecture. Under the code name Pinnacle Ridge, the Texas chip manufacturer is releasing the second wave of its high-end processors and knows how to convince with various optimizations. The processors, which continue to be based on the AM4 platform, bring higher clock rates, an improved boost function and the enhanced automatic overclocking function XFR2 into the field to once again make the competition fear.
