The iPhone13 generation was introduced more than a year ago, making it one of the older ones in our comparison. There are no surprises. It is no secret that smartphones from Apple are not high-flyers in terms of wireless technology. The picture familiar from the LTE network also continues with 5G: with the iPhone13 Pro Max, one swims in the good midfield...
- Strong photo quality under all conditions
- Photo quality without weakness
What? Only 6th place for the crown in Apple's smartphone creation? Image counts neither for the analysis software nor for our testers. And in both, the 13 Pro without Max always scored a tad better, except for the zoom. Max fans need not fret, however. They have one of the best phones (score 1.3) with a great camera without weaknesses - just not the very best.
Yes, Apple likes to use superlatives in their product descriptions. But as the endurance test here shows, these are largely true. And for a few days, the 13 Pro Max is also the best iPhone. Smartphone, camera, camcorder: who shoots the best videos? We tested camcorders and compared them with other devices for filming. The results are surprising. Camcorders used to be the first choice for shooting private videos. Now they have strong competition, for example from smartphones...
Whether iPhone 13, 13 Pro, Max or mini - the iPhones with their A15 Bionic processor are the fastest of all smartphones. The fastest Android devices with the Snapdragon 888 are not lame, but they cannot find a way past in the overall ranking and even have to let the previous gen-ration of 12 iPhones go.
