FRITZ!Box models with an integrated DECT base station, such as the FRITZ!Box 7590, provide all comfort and data services for the FRITZ!Fon M2. Settings can be conveniently adjusted via the FRITZ!Box web user interface. The voice, audio, and control data provided by the FRITZ!Box are transmitted securely over the robust DECT standard.

Eco mode and extensive comfort features

The FRITZ!Fon M2 supports all common comfort features and, in conjunction with a FRITZ!Box, offers several digital answering machines, a clear call list, and phone books with up to 300 entries. Incoming calls, messages on the answering machine, emails, software updates, etc., are signaled on the FRITZ!Fon M2 via the display and MWI button and are available at the push of a button. When DECT Eco mode is activated, the base station and handsets completely shut down the DECT radio in standby mode.
