Das Canon EF 24-105 mm 1:3,5-5,6 IS STM sitzt in einem hochwertigen Gehäuse aus Kunststoff, für den gewöhnlichen Alltag eines Fotografen ist es ausreichend stabil gebaut. Die Leistung bewegt sich insgesamt noch auf einem sehr guten Niveau, auch wenn der Randabfall bei offener Blende erkennbar ist...
Dieses für Vollformat gerechnete 5-fach-Zoom muss sich vor allem in der Weitwinkelstallung Schwächen bei Kontrast und Auflösung nachsagen lassen. Durch Abblenden lässt sich das Ergebnis aber deutlich verbessern. Bei den längeren Brennweiten steigt die Abbildungsleistung des Canon EF 3,5-5,6/24-105 mm IS STM, kann aber trotzdem nicht voll überzeugen...
