Unfortunately, a few shortcomings have crept into the lens that drag the overall impression down to a merely satisfactory level. Above all, distortion is a major problem that can almost no longer be considered tolerable. Added to this are a rather mediocre resolution and likewise only average reflections...
Due to the weaknesses of the contrast and the rather mediocre image edges, no recommendation can be given, but the lens still performs well overall. Especially the price and the built-in image stabiliser save this solid model.
Overall, the lens cuts a good figure, especially when shooting video, because the open aperture does not affect the quality of the result. The situation is different when taking photos, because clear distortions can be seen, especially in JPG images. Nevertheless, the price-performance ratio is good.
