The Cisco IP Phone 8841 offers five programmable line keys. You can configure the keys to support either multiple directory numbers or call functions such as speed dial. Fixed function keys provide one-touch access to applications, messages, directories, and frequently used call features such as hold/resume, forwarding, and conference.
