Das Sounddeck spielt mit genügend Bass, sodass ein Subwoofer nicht zwangsläufig herangezogen werden muss. Über den Bluetooth Anschluss kann der Nutzer hier auch Smartphone und Co. mit dem Gerät verbinden und die Daten kabellos abspielen. Zudem ist das Ganze sehr einfach über die mitgelieferte Fernbedienung steuerbar.
Klanglich überzeugte der Denon fast auf ganzer Linie und konnte auch einen satten Bass wiedergeben. Allerdings ist das Gerät nicht pegelfest, sodass bei hoher Lautstärke Verzerren ein Problem darstellt. Auch wichtige Anschlüsse fehlen dem Sounddeck.

Mit der Soundbar von Denon kann der Nutzer den Klang eines TV Gerätes erheblich verbessern, um so echtes Heimkinofeeling zu erzeugen. Dabei speilt auch der Bass erstaunlich stark und sogar der Surround Effekt gelingt gut. Dass dabei auch die Musikwiedergabe per Smartphone und Bluetooth gut gelingt, macht aus dem Denon einen echten Allrounder.

Die gut verarbeitete Soundbar macht einen sehr guten Eindruck und spielt extrem kraftvoll, wobei nur bei sehr tiefen Bässen das Ganze zu verzerren beginnt. Dennoch ist das Gesamtklangbild ausgewogen und ein Streaming via Bluetooth vom Smartphone ist hier ebenso möglich, wobei die Verbindung sehr stabil ist. Allerdings wäre ein Display schön gewesen.
