Built-in propeller protection means that if the Avata makes contact with an object, it will bounce off, stay in the air and keep flying.

The DJI Avata is compatible with DJI Goggles 2, DJI FPV Remote Control 2 and DJI FPV Goggles V2.

DJI Motion Control Unit:
With the DJI Motion Controller, intuitive flying is literally in your hands. Take off and explore new horizons or fly fast turns with just the flick of your wrist. The controller is easy to use and offers a completely unique way to fly.

Be brave. Fly further:
The DJI Avata is built tough so you can be brave. The durable frame reduces the risk of damage and gives you more confidence. The new aerodynamic design optimises energy efficiency and allows for an impressive flight time of up to 18 minutes.

Fly where others can't:
Capture unique footage as you weave between branches, under bridges and through corridors, filming in places that were previously inaccessible.

Turtle Mode:
If the DJI Avata ever falls on its back, simply activate turtle mode and watch it spring back into action.

Downward obstacle detection:
In addition to built-in propeller protection, the Avata features two downward-facing vision sensors and TOF infrared sensors for even more safety. These sensors detect obstacles below the DJI Avata and allow it to perform low altitude or indoor flights

Safety that's fun:
Enjoy the flight and worry less. With the motion controller's emergency brake, you can stop quickly at the touch of a button. And the return function gives you extra protection if the battery is low or the signal fails.
