EK-Quantum Velocity² D-RGB - AM4 Nickel + Plexi is the new premium quality high performance CPU water block for the popular AMD AM4 socket platform. It features a next-generation socket-specific cooling
system. This CPU water block is EK Matrix7 compliant and is mounted via the patent-pending EK Exact Mount system.
The EK Quantum Velocity² series CPU water blocks incorporate the next generation OptiFlow cooling. They use a special combination of mounting pressure and coldplate geometry tailored to the IHS and die layout of AMD AM4 socket processors. Thanks to the low hydraulic flow restriction, these products can be used in setups with weaker water pumps or lower pump speeds for even quieter operation, while still achieving top performance! The turned coldplate is precision machined to effectively cover the IHS and apply pressure to the die area.
