Mit der Größe einer Füllerpatrone ist der Flex 2 winzig. Getragen wird er in einem Gummiarmband, das Fitbit in diversen Farben anbietet. Er ist wasserdicht und bietet die gleiche App und Messgenauigkeit wie die anderen Fitbit-Tracker, aber keine HF-Messung wie der Charge 2. Fortschritte und Benachrichtigungen zeigt er über LEDs an.
