Product details
The Gigabyte engineers have challenged the essence of what defines a desktop PC and developed an ultra-compact PC with a stylish design based on a brushed aluminum case. The Brix is ideal for a wide range of computer applications at home or in the office. It is simple and convenient to use, setting a high standard for desktop miniaturization, making it perfect as a discreet HTPC/multimedia hub, an ultra-low-power PC for the family, an office PC, or a digital signage unit. The Brix is an ultra-compact, versatile DIY PC kit that redefines the desktop PC in terms of miniaturization, with a form factor small enough (56 mm x 107 mm x 114 mm) to fit in the palm of your hand.
The generation of Intel Celeron processors utilizes 14nm process technology. The processors improve power consumption along with performance boosts in graphics and calculations. For the Brix, the Celeron processors deliver a performance increase of 30% and at least 35% better 3D graphics performance compared to the previous generation. The system-on-chip (SoC) design offers an even smaller footprint than its desktop counterparts, making Brix the ideal solution for thin clients, POS solutions, and digital signage.
The Brix is designed to fully utilize the capabilities of the hardware and its UEFI BIOS. Therefore, it is engineered to deliver the most intuitive and well-integrated operating systems in the world.
