Anyone looking for a printer for the home quickly realises that the price range is huge. The printers tested by Stiftung Warentest range from under 100 to over 1,000 euros. The mediocre features of the HP DeskJet 2820e cannot make up for the manufacturer's online offers for its e-model, including the HP smart offers for ink subscriptions. In addition, printing is slow with high quality. Despite all the criticism of the features, the print quality was convincing. However, the model is rather unsuitable for frequent printers.
