The InLine® Network Media Converter 10/100/1000Mb/s TP to FO (SC Duplex), SM, 20km is designed for migration or expansion of existing networks at low cost. The converter complies with various IEEE 802.3 Ethernet standards and has an RJ45 10/100/1000Base-T port and a fiber SC duplex module slot. It provides fiber connections to distant network
distant network segments and is also ideally suited for connecting buildings. With the converter, it is possible to connect optical networks over distances of up to 20km. This can be achieved by connecting both devices directly via FO. System administrators can deploy the converters anywhere in the network without making changes to the existing cabling structure. The compact size allows mounting in any desktop environment.
