Keychron's Q1 is a high-quality barebone keyboard that allows you to customize every key switch, keycap, stabilizer, and even plate. It is designed to create an ingenious typing experience through extensive
personalization.
The Q1 Barebone is made from a CNC-machined 6063 aluminum chassis that goes through 24 processes, including polishing, anodizing and sandblasting. The seal-mounted design gives the board a comfortable, flexible feel with excellent sound. The Q1's maximum flex is up to 2.5mm.
The barebone keyboard features a toggle switch for the operating system and an additional set of custom keycaps for both Windows and macOS systems.
With full QMK and VIA support, you can easily program and map every key on the keyboard. VIA open source firmware lets you define any key, keyboard layout or backlight. Even writing from MACROS for custom key combinations you want on your Keychron Q1. VIA supports macOS, Windows and Linux.
The hot-swappable board supports both 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical MX switches. Gateron screw stabilizers are included in the Q1 to provide stability and smoothness. The screw design also allows compatibility with a wide range of other stabilizers.
South facing RGB SMD LED lighting is easy to see, allowing each button to be individually illuminated. Optimal for non-translucent PBT keycaps.
