The microphone boom can be extended via three clamps. These are easy to handle and have a high locking force. With the 3/8 inch thread connection, all common video microphones can be easily screwed onto the boom. The microphone boom is designed in such a way that internal cable routing is possible. The boom is made of aluminium and weighs 1.04 kg. Direct mounting on a camera is possible with the included hot shoe adapter. This robust microphone spider reliably ensures that no unwanted noise is transmitted to the microphone through vibrations. The suspension fixes the microphone freely suspended between its elastic straps and thus guarantees a professional recording without disturbing noises caused by impact sound. The PCM-H1 is suitable for all microphones with a diameter of approx. 20-35 mm. The enclosed elastic rubber bands are very durable, and 2 additional replacement bands are included in the delivery.
