Das Nikkor erhält im Test Bonuspunkte für die extrem gleichmäßige Auflösung, wobei dies für beide Blenden über den gesamten Zoombereich gilt. Auch die chromatische Aberration wird hier sehr gut korrigiert. Das Ergebnis sind sehr scharfe Bilder schon bei Anfangsblende, wobei man durch Abblenden jedoch nochmals den Kontrast steigern kann...
Zwar ist diese Version des Objektivs etwas lichtschwächer, kann aber dennoch insgesamt empfohlen werden. Das besonders, da es bereits offen mit sehrt guter Schärfe überzeugt und das sehr gleichmäßig. Dabei ist die 70 mm Einstellung stärker als dies bei 200 mm der Fall ist, wobei Verarbeitung sowie Handling ebenfalls sehr gut sind.
Das Nikon Modell ist exzellent verarbeitet und bietet dem Nutzer eine ebenso sehr gut Bedienung. Dabei erzielt das Objektiv die besten Ergebnisse bei nahezu den gesamten Brennweitenbereich, wobei die Verzeichnung bei 200 mm am deutlichsten erkennbar ist.
Die Nikkor ist ein tolles Objektiv, das nicht nur exzellent gefertigt ist und mit Leichtigkeit und einem perfekten Widerstand bedient werden kann, sondern auch eine sehr hohe Auflösung hat. Dabei verliert die Auflösung kaum an Qualität und ist nahezu konstant.
Als Allroundobjektiv macht die Nikon einen sehr guten Eindruck und schießt solide Fotos, wobei sie allerdings etwas lichtstärker sein könnte. Dafür bietet sie aber mit ihren kompakten Abmessungen gute Möglichkeiten sie auf Reisen mitzuführen. Auch der Preis kann als angemessen gewertet werden.
