The range can be extended to 560mm with a Z-teleconverter TC-1.4x or to 800mm with a Z-teleconverter TC-2.0x based on CIPA standards: In NORMAL mode, a compensation of 5.5 stops is achieved when the lens is attached to a mirrorless camera with FX format image sensor. 6.0 stops compensation is achieved when the lens is used together with the Z9 and Synchro-VR is activated. The memory button can be activated after a firmware update. Dust and splash resistance of the lens cannot be guaranteed in all situations and under all conditions.
