Olympus OM-D E-M10 III Body

Product details

New control concept

The E-M10 Mark III is the camera with which the world can be discovered anew. Because the OM-D has equipment that allows creativity to unfold spontaneously and photographic skills
to develop the longer you are on the move with the camera. Even those with little previous knowledge can easily take professional-looking pictures thanks to the four new camera modes. These can be accessed via the improved, intuitive mode dial. They offer smart phone-style menu navigation via the short-cut button (next to the On/Off switch) and the touch screen, for very quick selection and implementation of desired effects and camera settings.

New AUTO mode

the Auto Mode has been fundamentally revised compared to the previous model. It now detects blur caused by camera shake even in the dark. The Scene (SCN) mode has been extended and allows you to influence the desired results by selecting six themes with predefined settings.

The Advanced Photo (AP) mode has been added to allow functions such as Live Composite, Live Time, Multiple Exposure, HDR, Panorama, Keystone Correction, Bracketing or Focus Bracketing to be used without having to enter the menu. In addition, the camera can be switched to silent mode so that no one is disturbed during shooting.

In (ART) mode, there is a new type of filter: Bleach Bypass, Type I gives metal surfaces a shiny effect, while Type II imitates a special color rendering and the nostalgic effect of some famous movies.

Perfect for on the road

The latest TruePic Vlll image processor from the flagship OM-D E-M1 Mark II and Olympus' unique 5-axis image stabilisation (IS) ensure great results in almost any shooting situation. Pin-sharp and non-shake, even in low light and without a tripod. The new E-M10 Mark III also features 121 contrast-type AF points that cover almost the entire image area. This allows focusing anywhere on the screen. The continuous AF can follow the movement of a subject. Face Priority AF and Eye Detection AF are particularly useful for portrait shots, automatically ensuring that faces are in focus and correctly exposed.
