Bei der Darstellung von herkömmlichen HD-Material zeigt der Optoma Projektor eine ansprechende Bildqualität mit hohen Kontrasten und scharfen Bildern. Mit seiner Leuchtkraft ist der Beamer vor allem in abgedunkelten Räumen sinnvoll, für hellere Umgebungen eher ungeeignet. Wer nochmals etwa 100 Euro zum Kaufpreis drauflegen will und kann, der bekommt hier zudem ein 3D-Kit geliefert.

Obwohl der Beamer von Optoma der günstige im Testfeld ist, liefert er trotzdem eine sehr gute Bildqualität. Für einen Aufpreis von 100 Euro kann man sich auf Wunsch zudem 3D-Funktion nachrüsten lassen. Das recht gute Gesamtbild wird durch die sehr lange Nachlaufzeit und einen zu hohen Energieverbrauch negativ beeinflusst.
