Optoma hat mit dem UHD65 ein sehr gutes Grundkonzept geschickt ausgereizt, mehr Bild zu dem Preis ist momentan kaum zu haben, und schon gar nicht in 4K-Auflösung. Da nimmt man die kleinen Komforteinbußen gern in Kauf.

Das UHD-Modell von Optoma ist wie der Sony in Schwarz und Weiß lieferbar, fällt aber deutlich kompakter aus. Zudem sind Zoom und Lens Shift weniger flexibel, die Platzierung ist so eingeschränkter. Seine Schärfe war im Test ähnlich beeindruckend, Farben und Kontrast wirkten aber flauer als beim Sony.
