Between classic and modern. Modern with Dolby Atmos. However, the spatial sound effect upwards is limited. No extension with satellite speakers possible. Sounds pleasant, but bass tends to boom. Film dialogue well intelligible. Classic: without WLAN, no multi-room.

Philips gets a lot of two- and three-dimensional sound out of a slim soundbar with subwoofer. Stereo content also benefits from the precise reproduction. It is a pity, however, that the HDMI sockets only understand version 1.4 and no internet connection is possible.
