Thanks to the optical properties of the new E Ink-Carta display, a higher contrast ratio is possible than before. The result is much closer to printed books - a lighter background and richer black make reading even more enjoyable. The new technology improves contrast by up to 50 percent to 15:1 and increases the reflectance by 20 percent compared to its predecessor. These improvements make it possible to display texts and graphics even more clearly. Reading in even the smallest fonts and working with detailed diagrams and graphics is now even more convenient. Like its predecessor, the PocketBook Touch Lux 3 stands for "De Lux" foreground lighting, which ensures maximum reading comfort in all lighting conditions.

Thanks to the integrated WLAN module, the device supports numerous online services such as Dropbox, Send-to-PocketBook and PocketBook Sync. The pre-installed ReadRate app allows you to share your favorite books and get book recommendations from friends.

The device has 4 GB internal memory, which can be expanded up to 32 GB by means of a microSD memory card slot. A powerful 1 GHz processor ensures smooth page turning and fast application loading.
