The ASUS ProArt PA278QV is generally compatible with a Mac Mini as it has HDMI and DisplayPort suitable for connection to a Mac Mini. However, there are reports of problems with the audio output via the monitor, which may be due to the configuration or the cables used.

Thank you very much for pointing this out. We will be happy to pass this on internally to the responsible department and hope that this will be adjusted promptly.
Hello, How do I connect to a MacBook Pro? Is a cable supplied with the screen? Thanks for your help!
The screen comes with an HDMI cable and a power cable.
This monitir is not good for coding (only 2K resolution, more scrolling less visible on screen) when you consider you need to see more desktop real estate, you should buy a screen that has a 4K UHD 3840 x 2160 Pixels resolution instead. With this screen you have double the desktop real estate and a good 4K monitor with this resolution for coding would be in the size of 32 inch. This is a good screen that would cover your needs for coding, it costs less, has a bright picture (adjustable) and an USB Hub: Samsung S32A800 (3840 x 2160 Pixels, 32 ") I would not advise to buy a widescreen monitor in 34 inch, because their resolution would only be 3440 x 1440 (you would not gain anyhting regarding desktop real estate).
The monitor won't fit directly on the Dell XPS 13 9370, which would require a USB-C port. If a docking station is in use, I would need to know which one.
The recommendation would be to simply complain to the customer service if the worst comes to the worst. The additional tip for this monitor would be for an appropriate replacement cable and not for an adapter which is impractical. Print out the following and hang it on the fridge as a reminder for the future. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Digitec (or any other Swiss retailer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. No, this screen has a USB-C port. I wouldn't know how to connect it to an iPhone, but it certainly works with a Mac that has a USB-C port. I'm sure the screen has 4 USB ports, but it only has one USB-C port.
We would like to know where it is mentioned that Switzerland is excluded, because according to your link, all countries of the EMEA apply, which includes Switzerland.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Digitec/Galaxus will refer to the community terms and conditions. If you want to know this, contact customer service. But hey, look at top prices. The price has gone up from 289 CHF to 324 CHF for all the providers. So I suspect the current chip shortage as a possible price driver.
Unfortunately, we currently have no information on when the item will be available and when we will be able to deliver it. As soon as something changes in this regard, we will post it here. Sorry.
Just fixed - seems to have been a bug in a Windows update component: https://www.deskmodder.de/blog/2020/09/07/windows-10-rechner-geht-nicht-in-standby-optionales-update-kann-die-ursache-sein-workaround/ now everything runs normally.
