Hello BjörnK583 The information is a bit sparse to be able to give a good tip. What about colour copies or printouts from the machine itself (via menu - printer - print options - test print)? Or asked differently, what has changed if it worked before? Greetings

That's how it is, the customer has to pay the postage, there is also the possibility to buy onsite support for some devices, then a technician would come by and look at the printer. However, this is not offered for this printer. Bring it to the Digitec store or send it in, unfortunately that's the way it is. However, when I look at how little the warranty extension to 5 years costs, I would buy it as well. And be sure to keep the original packaging material, because this also protects a device optimally when it is brought in.

Hello Sky21 If you open the top cover (the one on the document feeder), you will see 2 black plastic rollers. These are attached to a metal axle, which in turn is pressed on the left and right with a spring. Take out the axle including the rollers and pull the front spring (which is closer to the display of the device) approx. 5mm in length. This will slightly increase the contact pressure, which will correct the crooked feed. Reassemble everything and check if it is better. Have fun & greetings

I have read it. But honestly, I don't think what it says is true. How is the ADF supposed to turn the tide if it was not designed to do so ? It's hard to imagine without user interaction. The manual also says that you have to turn the sheet manually if you want to copy on both sides.

Helpful answer

Hello Liun Yes, if one or more of the colours cyan, magenta or yellow are used up, you can continue printing with the black colour. To do this, select "monochrome" in the printer settings (on the PC) before the print job. Regards

Hello Nordoen.pema The main difference is that the DCP-L3510CDW does not have a document feeder (ADF), which means that the originals/documents for copying or scanning have to be placed individually on the scanner glass. The DCP-L3550CDW has an ADF that can hold approximately 30 documents for copying/scanning. Both have the standard toners BK+Y+M+C, TN243x for approx. 1,000 pages. Greetings
