I have two laptops connected at the same time. 1x via USB-C, which is even used for the power supply, and 1x via HDMI. The switching works very reliably and quickly. Another advantage is that both laptops share the peripheral devices (keyboard, mouse, webcam, etc.) The assignment is changed automatically when the image source is switched. I use the screen for office applications and for professional software development.

I use this monitor with a MacBook Pro 14" M1 and a MacBook Air 13" M1. I can answer all your questions with yes. Absolutely recommendable.

My monitor arrived reliably after approx. 10 days delivery time in November.
Unfortunately, I could not find any information about the length in the operating instructions on the Dell website. But I always assume that the cables are too short. For example, I recently bought a Benq monitor and the cable was just 1.4 metres long, which is great when you have three monitors next to each other and the computer is installed under the table :-).

yes 0.02 is definitely a cool value, but 0.229 mm is the correct value. I reported it as an error and it should be corrected soon.
I use the screen with my laptop and use a USB Type C connector on both sides. Works perfectly.

I have a frequency of 59.994 Hz at the HDMI inputs. It is also interesting that I have connected my laptop to the screen via DisplayPort, and I can display both devices, i.e. my PC and my laptop at the same time. Half each, which means I can have two Full HD resolutions, or a bit more than Full HD.
