Thank you for your feedback, we are happy to take this on board and pass it on to the relevant department. Unfortunately, we as the seller cannot do anything about this directly, as we do not produce this item ourselves.

Hello Baedi123, I use SoundBlaster X7 for this, it works perfectly. You can also use a Sennheiser GSX, which is better for you. Greetings

Here is a 5m cable: Cordial CFS WY - jack extension (5m, midrange, 3.5mm jack) and here is another 3m cable: Cordial CFS 3 WY jack extension (3m, midrange, 3.5mm jack) If you want others, just type in "3.5mm extension".

No, it is not. However, in my opinion, this is not a problem, as other headsets that promise 7.1 are also only stereo headsets that create the effect of surround using software. I play a variety of games including CS:GO, Overwatch, PUBG and played each with this headset and the Razer Kraken 7.1 and have to say that the difference is minimal, my gaming performance didn't get any worse and the Sennheiser has the much better sound (nicer highs and mids as well as better mic.), the Razer or other brands deliver a richer bass, but this is just a trick in the industry to make poor highs and mids less audible (see Beats by Dre).

This should work without any problems, it is a single cable that can be connected to the controller. I personally use it with the PS4 controller.

Hoi, You want the best? You want the best, because we like to listen, so buy the GSP 600 and add the Sennheiser GSX 1000 (USB DAC) and you won't want to be without it. I've been playing computers for 20 years, and the combination of these two has given me the ultimate listening experience.

I have been using the headset for half a year now and can only say positive things about it. My conference members also confirm that they hear me very clearly and distinctly.

The headset is amazing. It's comfortable to wear, the ear cups are sealed off against external "noise" and of course the sound quality. I use it on the PC, so I can't tell you how it does with the controller, but otherwise the headset is worth buying.

The difference between stereo and 7.1 depends heavily on the headset and the number of speakers on the left and right. However, I couldn't notice any significant difference between my buddy's headset and my stereo one. The jack goes directly into the Dualshockpad exactly - nothing else in addition. Regarding volume regulation; not sure anymore - as far as I remember there is only 1 regulator. Can't say exactly anymore as I passed the headset on as it gave me too much pressure on the head from above. The wearing comfort is not optimal (at least for me) due to the folding & retracting function of the earcups. After some further research, I decided on this one and am very satisfied --> HyperX Cloud Alpha Pro Gaming Headset - hope this helps you.
