Hello, 70 ml of each colour (pigment black, photo black, cyan, magenta, yellow, grey) are included in the scope of delivery. This is enough for a complete filling.

The printer supports various paper sizes, including A3, A3+, A4, A5, and photo formats like 4x6 inches and 5x7 inches. However, it does not specifically list B5, B6, or C6 sizes. For smaller sizes like 5cm x 7.6cm, you might need to use a custom or user-defined setting if available, but this is not explicitly mentioned in the standard specifications. For photo printing, the printer supports a range of photo papers, including glossy and matte options, but the specific HP Sprocket photo paper you mentioned is not listed as compatible. It's best to check with Epson for specific compatibility or use Epson-approved photo papers for optimal results.

Yes, it works on Windows 11. I use it on my PC with Windows 11 Pro 23H2 Epson doesn't give details of the editions of Windows 11 supported, so a priori it works on all editions.

No, the Epson EcoTank Photo ET-8550 does not scan A3 documents. The flatbed scanner of this device supports a maximum size of 8.5" x 14" (216 x 355.6 mm), which is smaller than A3 format (297 x 420 mm).

Hello Chris, I've had the printer (ET-8550) for more than a year now and can't confirm any of the problems you described with its predecessor. It has even replaced my Pro-100 in the meantime. It runs great and I have already printed on many different media, all without streaks and in excellent quality. However, I top up the ink regularly and never get the tank below 30%. Unfortunately, I don't know what happens to the pressure in the tanks. But I don't think the filling quantity should play a role there. Kind regards André

I would like to help you (I have the printer myself) but I don't understand the question. Try it though. The model has 2 black tanks, one for text (pigment black) and another black for photos (dye colour) If your question refers to the white model, the et-8500. The difference is, the 8500 can only print up to A4, the black 8550 model can print up to A3+.

Technically it is the same product with the same specifications, but Epson EcoTank ET-8550 (Ink, Colour) is a version for the UK market.

Experience has shown that it takes quite a long time to dry out. I've been using it for over 2 years and it's only happened to me twice so far. But it could be fixed each time with a cleaning process. The ink consumption is also very low. Overall TOP device, I would buy it again at any time. ...and I've never said that about any other printer.

Hello! Yes, B5 is included in the default settings. C5 would have to be created and saved manually once. It doesn't take a minute and can then be selected again and again as the default setting for the other document sizes. Under Paper type, simply select Envelope to set the print head to the thicker paper. Best regards

We always strive to avoid duplicate product pages, however, it can sometimes occur, especially when we source an item from multiple suppliers. The variety of suppliers and different purchase prices can occasionally lead to a difference in pricing.

If the correct driver is installed, you should be able to select the "best" quality in the print settings and the correct paper to load. This reduces the speed significantly and uses much more ink. However, this should not be used with 80g paper, as the printer applies several layers of ink and therefore too much ink for the thin paper. I don't know of a colour calibration option. Otherwise you have 30 days right of return

In operation, the paper output extends to the front. For DinA4 and DinA3 photo paper, I use the rear feed, which goes up and slightly back. This works in front of a wall with some distance, about 15cm. Thick DinA4, Premium Glossy for example, should be fed through the rear tray.
