Hello, there is no neutral on the blind switches. The neutral is from the motor. As for always keeping your finger pressed, you're buying a push-button, not a switch. With a push-button, you have to keep pressing it, whereas with a switch, you only have to press it once.
Unfortunately, there are no instructions from the manufacturer. I would therefore recommend that you have this removed by a professional.
