On 22 August they said that it was being released today and would therefore be with me on 23 August. On 23 August I was told that it would arrive next week. Then they said they would clarify it and get back to me.... I never heard anything again. Then when it said "delivery date being clarified" for days. I cancelled everything. Ordered directly from google last week and now it's been dispatched.... My point is not that you couldn't deliver digitec. My point is that the employees are giving out misinformation or outright lying because they have no idea. So if you're already doing a pre-order campaign and not honouring the delivery dates, then please at least send an email and inform the customers. Instead of annoying them with misinformation. In the meantime, the P9P Hazel 512gb states that delivery is October/November.... Where it once said 22/08... Difficult. Well, I'm now enjoying my Pixel and hope that you communicate better internally so that it is also received externally.
