Joby GorillaPod 3K Kit

Salute, Well, my setup doesn't weigh quite as much as yours (Fuji X-T2 507g + 50-140mm 995g), but the tripod holds the whole thing without any problems. I've also attached the tripod to trees, railings, etc., and the well rubberised balls hold it very well. But that was also with a lighter lens. The only thing I had to tighten was the screws of the ball head, which had play...
The ball head can be unscrewed. Underneath is the screw with the same thread as the tripod thread of the camera. I don't know what thread Manfrotto has.
If I've understood correctly, only the PRO version is arca-swiss compatible, which is why I bought that version.

The Joby GorillaPod 3K Kit (plastic) is generally suitable for cameras weighing up to 3 kg. As the Nikon Z 6 II has a weight of around 675 grams (body), this tripod is perfectly suitable for this camera. However, it is important to note that you should make sure that the camera can be attached to the tripod head of the GorillaPod 3K Kit, which is usually possible through a standard 1/4" screw used on most cameras.
Automatically generated from the .Correct, a separate attachment is required for the mobile. Here is an example: InLine universal mobile phone clamp (plastic)
I don't know. I have a Canon 80D...
That should work without any problems. I have the tripod in use with a Fuji X-T4.
Yes, it is Arca Swiss compatible. The PD plate is also compatible.
No, it uses its own custom head. I think you need the 3K Pro or 5K to get a Arca-Swiss compatible head.
I have never had a nub "fall off".... but I have also never tried to bend them more roughly around a thin steel cable ;) I imagine that this is simply not what the inventor intended.
Yes, you can certainly mount the AX33 on this Gorillapod. I don't know if it's worth it. You buy a Gorillapod when you know what to do with it. For example, you can loop the legs around a post or use it as a table tripod. Otherwise a normal tripod is the better choice. And yes, there are a lot of better tripods.
Hello Code: 10JOBY20 Kisses
No, the Arca plate is not included in this kit. But it seems to be included in the PRO version...
None unfortunately. You have to by an appropriate case that would go well with a classical camera screw. Hope this helps!
I'm pretty sure it is since they are all using the same screw on the top.
Thank you for the insightful question.
