Not compatible
To be completely honest, I can't give you an exact answer to this question. But: The ThinkPad Pen Pro2 belongs to an older generation of devices, in my case it is the Yoga 370, where the pen was still extra thin - approx. 6.5 mm in diameter. You can insert it into the side of the keyboard section of the device and make it disappear completely into the device. It is then charged directly in the device via the two electrical contacts. Lenovo has moved away from this practice - the pens have become thicker (and thus more handy for writing), while the body of the devices has become even thinner. On newer devices, you can therefore only attach the pens to the side, outside the body, with an adapter (a very simple plastic part) if you want to. Since the Yoga 7 is newer, the Think Pad Pen Pro 2 probably no longer makes sense here. You could probably write with it, but the charging device would be missing.
No, unfortunately it doesn't fit...
Hello. The pen certainly works, but it is questionable whether it also fits into the slot of the laptop.
Unfortunately, this stylus does not fit into the computer slot of the Lenovo L13 Yoga.
Unfortunately, we do not have any real empirical data on this. We have forwarded the question to our community and hope that a user can give some input.
It works fine for the Yoga 260. I have no information for other models. I assume that these products are compatible with each other.
I honestly don't know. Sorry.

Hallo.. Nein, leider gibt es nur 3er Sets: Lenovo Pen Tips Grüsse
The pen is charged when it is inserted in the notebook. If it is no longer sufficiently charged, this is exactly what happens. If it can no longer be charged properly, I hope for your sake it is the pen. Replace it and that's it.
