Yes, there is an HDMI as well as a DisplayPort cable included. Unfortunately, the screen comes with a German Schuko plug. So an adapter is still needed.

4K UHD is perfect, but if it had HDMI 2.1, it would be even better. But I think if it's not too demanding games, the LG should be OK. The problem with 4K and HDMI 2.1: unfortunately they are all relatively expensive.

Yes that's easy if you read the description. the 650 W model is a gaming version and has better colour calibration. and other options such as screen splitting etc.

I am not 100% sure... but I doubt that a 4k signal can be transmitted via DVI, but max. Full HD.
and if the docking station doesn't have more modern connections like DisplayPort, mini DisplayPort or HDMI, then I also doubt that your laptop can produce a 4k signal with the necessary power...
